Hi my name is Geraldine. This program has been very beneficial. I have had RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) for 17 years, the past 5 years I have ached almost every day unless, I was on some type of steroids. When I started the program I was told that it would take about 3 months before I could see results.  Now, after about 2 months on the program my aches and pains are gone.(scary uh!!). I am still holding my breath, “What happen here”, it’s hard for me to believe that I am pain free.  My only knock is I wish I had learned about the program sooner.
